Your Career Assessment Results

“I have to go. I’m conducting a seminar in multiple personality disorders, and it takes me forever to fill out the nametags.”                                                                                                                       David Hyde Pierce (as Dr. Niles Crane)

Who I am as it relates to my Career Success…

While the quote above is humorous, it is actually true that nearly everyone is a combination of behavioral “styles,” and for this report, we are exploring your most dominant style or what could be said to be your strengths. Our AWARE Comprehensive reports will give you a well rounded, in-depth and very useful look at the entire picture; including areas of strength, areas of learning; places where change and growth would be valuable assets to career growth and success and your fulfillment in business and in life.
We have used the metaphor of a vehicle to describe what someone with your dominant “behavioral style” would most likely own. Consider it merely a “descriptor” for the kind of transportation that would represent the power of your positive behavioral attributes.

Understanding yourself completely is the first step to empowering yourself and your future. The following descriptors are the very first, informal step and speak only about your strengths in one dimension. Our advanced assessments use hundreds of dimensional quotients and add a great deal of depth and value; pinpointing both your strengths, behaviors, areas of learning AND, most important, what motivates those behaviors.

Now, on to your results!

You chose Green:  An SUV, Minivan or Station wagon would be perfect

You are the mediator, the team player and are often complimented for being a hard worker. You thrive in a career that provides you with stability, predictability and being in complete communication. You can be challenged when your job asks you to make sudden decisions or changes that do not appear logical to you.

While you are often hard on yourself, you may take any criticism from others, no matter how constructive, as a personal affront.  This could easily stifle your career growth within an organization.

You are generally amiable, easy going and relaxed and you have no problem building strong relationships with a few close people.  You tend to be sensible, steady and low risk.  Sometimes you may appear to have little emotion because you do not show it often; however, you are actually quite emotional – internally; you just do not outwardly demonstrate it.  If you play cards, you probably are quite good at it – because you can hide your emotions very well.  Because of this ability, you can really be effective in building a great team; when things get tough and the emotions of others get high, you keep your cool (externally) and keep others calm.

You tend to be gentle, serene and show deep concern for others; and like Jimmy Carter, Gandhi, and Former First Lady Laura Bush, you provide a calm stable, predictability to most situations.

Closure is important to you; therefore, when you are given a project you must be allowed to finish what you start.  Having to juggle too many balls at one time can be highly stressful for you and having a clear roadmap is essential for you to be effective at what you have taken on.

If you have considered going out on your own, you will need to find people and systems that support you in making confident decisions, that acknowledge you for your contributions and let you know that you are appreciated and valued.  You do well inside organizations that have stability and predictability; where procedures and systems are respected and does not stress fast decision making and multi tasking as measures of success.

Consider this preliminary assessment as just the first step in understanding yourself to maximize your personal power and ability to succeed in your business. This report provides a first look into the strengths of your behavioral style and a bit about areas where you may be challenged. Your learning areas are every bit as important as your strengths and when you have the full picture, you have the greatest power to impact your success.

Let us help you discover those other aspects of yourself, how to maximize your strengths and learning areas and understand the motivators behind your action so that you can fully experience the success and fulfillment that are possible for you.
