LEE FOLLENDER

Lee Follender, having a background in Leadership and Management training, brings both a high level of communication skills and business acumen to her job as Senior Coach and curriculum Specialist.

Past accomplishments include a variety of business successes; both in the arts and in small business enterprises. Her experience is broad and crosses the fields of communication and business; having hosted and produced a Network television program for more than three years, having owned and run a video production company, working with real estate developers, cities and corporations like Texas Instruments and Texas cities like San Marcos, the City of Kileen, New Braunfels and Austin.

Her experience as a corporate trainer and business executive coach provided her with the ability to both create and deliver curriculum and add to her valued position in this entrepreneurial team. As Director of Team Training for the largest Aveda Distributor in the United States, she created three and four day residential team building programs, delivered to small and medium sized businesses; causing breakthrough results and transforming low level groups into into high performance teams.

Along with her current consulting practice, working with small and medium sized business owners to grow their enterprises, she continues delivering one on one coaching, writing new curriculum and delivering training to other outside organizations.

Lee’s commitment to ongoing professional development and her passion for contribution strongly influence her ability to provide the highest level of coaching and contribution to the growth and development of her clients and their ability to create the kind of breakthrough results they desire; in business and in their personal lives.

As a powerful and dynamic coach, trainer, and business consultant, she has worked with thousands of individuals and organizations over the past 18 years. She has worked as a coach and curriculum writer for, and with, Internet Gurus like Joe Vitale, Bob Doyle, Marci Shimoff and others; coaching their clients and delivering coaching on the specifics of their principles and has trained leaders of organizations like Time Warner Cable and Dell. Her skills and abilities in the area of one-on-one and group coaching have made an extraordinary impact with entrepreneurs and corporate business executives alike. She has spent the last 18 years, working with people to create breakthrough performance results for themselves or their staff and with teams of professionals, looking to improve or transform their work environment.

Her training and development background includes studies in Quality Systems with Edwards W. Deming and Marshall Thurber, Training and Organizational Development with PDI and Coach University, TTI Assessments. Landmark Education, and the New York School for Visual Arts.

Lee lives in Austin, Texas and is the mother of three sons. She paints and sculpts, is an avid reader, and the loving caretaker for a rambunctious little dog and very patient cat.
