Thank you so much for my assessment – it was really a gift and helped in such a profound way! I had no idea that I would get so much out of it; it really shed light on why, in the past, I have exposed myself to some very stressful situations. I knew I was frequently conflicted about my business and my career, but did not really understand why I felt so stressed all the time.
Because of understanding my “motivators,” I can now clearly see why I experienced the conflicts that I have had in many previous work situations. Also, why I have struggled so much as an entrepreneur even thought I felt I had everything in place… I just couldn’t seem to make it work! Doing this assessment and going through the debrief with my coach brought not only an awareness as to how I see myself but also how others perceive me that is extremely helpful. I now know where my strengths and weaknesses lie and, therefore, what kind of job or work I can excel in. It is clear in what areas I need to partner with someone who has the motivators and skills that I may lack.
All of a sudden, it made complete sense and I realize that being aware of how my motivators impact my behavior and my experiences in such a graphic way will help me tremendously as I build my business success because I now know what to look for in a job or work environment. A true eye opener; doing this assessment gave me the strength to take the next step in building a career or a business that will bring me fulfillment and provide the level of prosperity and peace of mind that I really want. In the past, I occasionally had challenges in dealing with certain people, but I realized in debriefing the assessment with the coach that there are valuable learning skills available and that I could use those tools to improve a situation and enjoy a positive outcome.

My business coach recommended that I take a ‘Behaviors and Motivators’ test as I was stuck on moving my business forward to the next level. Well, having gone through a number of questions on screen, I received my debrief report, which was extremely impressive and very detailed. I couldn’t get over how much information there was and didn’t quite know where to start. It wasn’t until my Coach and I went through it together that I realized just how powerful the feedback and information about me was.
In our debrief conversation, I discovered so much about myself, my behaviors and the motivation behind the behaviors. I could see how that impacts not only my satisfaction and success in business but how important this information was really to how I ran my entire life.
The report described me to a ‘T’ which was extremely fascinating and had my ‘Natural’ behaviors clearly represented and defined. But, then, just as important, I learnt about how I adapt in certain situations and how I deal with stress. That was a revelation. However, the most valuable part for me was discovering how people perceive me. I genuinely thought people see me as I see me or as I know myself to be. When I compared these “perceptions” of mine with how others actually perceive me and my behavior, well, the light bulbs started to flash all over the place. For example, what I perceived as “appropriate” others perceived as “stand-offish”! What a shock! Then the report went on to give me incredible tips on how to approach certain types of people to get them to listen and receive what I have to say in a favorable light. This was invaluable to me; not only in moving my business forward but in my personal relationships as well.
I would highly recommend taking this assessment for anyone wanting to get better results through building better relationships; whether they are in business or in life.

Most recently, I called her for coaching around a deal I was negotiating. I was really stuck. I was sure that once I laid my cards on the table, my prospect was going to take offense and walk. I couldn’t see how to get past the bitter pill I needed him to accept. I called my coach in just five minutes; I completely got my own concerns out of the way so I could listen to my client again. When he did get upset about the deal I offered, I was able to really hear him and to validate what he was concerned about. As a result, we worked out a win-win in no time and I closed a $32,000 deal. That was 5 minutes of coaching. I am certain that had I not called her, the deal would have gone south.
If you are someone who is really up to something that matters to you, you want my coach in your corner. She will have you be successful.
