Thank you so much for my assessment – it was really a gift and helped in such a profound way! 

I had no idea that I would get so much out of it; it really shed light on why, in the past,  I have exposed myself to some very stressful situations.  I knew I was frequently conflicted about my business and my career, but did not really understand why I felt so stressed all the time.  Because of understanding my “motivators,” I can now clearly see why I experienced the conflicts that I have had in many previous work situations.  Also, why I have struggled so much as an entrepreneur even thought I felt I had everything in place… I just couldn’t seem to make it work!  Doing this assessment and going through the debrief with my coach brought not only an awareness as to how I see myself but also how others perceive me that is extremely helpful.  I now know where my strengths and weaknesses lie and, therefore, what kind of job or work I can excel in.  It is clear in what areas I need to partner with someone who has the motivators and skills that I may lack.  All of a sudden, it made complete sense and I realize that being aware of how my motivators impact my behavior and my experiences in such a graphic way will help me tremendously as I build my business success because I now know what to look for in a job or work environment.  A true eye opener; doing this assessment gave me the strength to take the next step in building a career or a business that will bring me fulfillment and provide the level of prosperity and peace of mind that I really want.
