It was out of the work that I did with my coach that I finally declared myself a minister and completed my ordination process. It was one of those decisions I had been looking at for years, but had put off. After one coaching sessions with her, I saw clearly that I needed to take the step I had been avoiding.

Coaching provides that rare quality of compassion and straightness to all interactions. My coach’s style is relatively easy, yet I have always gotten to deep core issues in a matter of minutes. Her integrity doesn't allow for one to run one’s “stuff” on her for long. Time and again, because of coaching, I found myself being more effective than I thought possible.
